Tento recept nejdříve vyzkoušela má dcera a přinesla nám na ochutnání.Myslela jsem nejdříve,že si ji v Pizzerii objednali 🙂
Nejenže krásně vypadala,ale i náramně chutnala.Tak jsem se musela opičit :-))
V receptu je i přesný tomatový základ,já jsem použila směs,kterou jsem si dělala sama.Těsto je podle návodu z internetu.
Ingredience na těsto:
550 g hladké mouky, půl kostky droždí, 1 lžíce krystalového cukru, sůl, 200 + 50 ml vody, 5 lžíc olivového oleje a potom ještě troška na obalení těsta.
Tomatový základ:
300 g rajčatového pyré, 1 lžíce oregána, 1 stroužek česneku.
Dále ingredience dle vlastních chutí – šunka,sýr,olivy,kozí rohy atd.
Postup:
Mouku dáme do mísy robotu,uděláme důlek,po krajích osolíme a do důlku rozdrolíme droždí,přidáme cukr a zalejeme 200 ml vlažné vody a droždí necháme vzejít.Potom přidáme 5 lžíc oleje a 50 ml vody a vypracujeme těsto.Vypracované těsto vezmeme a obalíme celou kouličku do oleje.Vrátíme do mísy a necháme asi hodinu kynout.
Mezi tím si připravíme tomatový základ.
Po nakynutí těsto rozdělíme na poloviny,rozválíme a natřeme tomatovým základem.Naskládáme ingredience podle svých chuťových pohárků 🙂
Já jsem použila : mozarelu,hermelín,strouhaný královský sýr,chorizo,pikantní slaninu,černé olivy a posypala jsem jemně celou pizzu provensálským kořením.
Péct na 275 °C 10 minut – tak jest psáno v receptu,já jsem pekla na nižší teplotě.
Pizza nám moc chutnala.
